In this episode I talk about how to navigate those waves of emotion when you lose a loved one. I share my own experience with recently losing my Mom and how I am dealing with these new feelings that are showing up spontaneously as each day passes. Dealing with the emotion of grief is something we all go through at some point in time of our lives and it’s one that deserves some attention and real, down-to-earth guidance on allowing yourself to feel all the range of emotions, taking extra good care of yourself and finding some form of relief in the midst of the abundant emotions that surface as a result of losing someone that you loved deeply.
