In this episode I continue the conversation around how to process grief in the healthiest way possible. This process applies to our human loved ones and also our fur babies! The feeling of grief can be just as deep if we lose a pet. A heightened awareness of how you feel in each moment and a willingness to reach for a feeling of relief will help you to thrive through this challenging time. From a Law of Attraction standpoint, we have to remember that what we think and feel in each moment is paving the way for our future. Each person’s process of grief may look different, but the key is to take action steps that work specifically for you and your overall vibration.
