You know that feeling deep down when you know that you are ready for a profound positive shift in your life?
It is time for a change.
You want it badly.
You don’t have any clue on how it is going to happen.
But you can taste it. You can feel that it is necessary for your overall success and happiness.
You tell yourself that if this one thing changes, your life will be so much better.
You know that something has to change or else the path you are headed down is not going to be a pretty one. Maybe you can feel that you are headed for burnout. Or you know that if you don’t make this change, you will lose everything you have worked hard for. Or maybe, just maybe, this is a change that you have been wanting to happen for years and you are sick and tired of not being able to MAKE it happen.
I am sure at some point in your life, you were able to relate to any of these feelings, right? (maybe even now?!) Well, I am going to let you in on a little secret about making that change happen.
You have to leave that door open for positive change
by learning how to change your “vibration” around what you desire to have.
What you think and feel about this situation in this red hot moment is creating what you are getting (or not getting).
Now, I hear you saying …
“Yeah, yeah, Maria … ok, but what does that mean?
Of course I want to leave the door open – who wouldn’t?!”
Well …. the only thing that leaves the door open for that positive change is what you are choosing to focus on right now and whether or not you 100% trust your inner voice that keeps on nudging you to make that change.
YES … your current daily thoughts are either allowing in the positive changes (keeping that door open) or your thoughts are keeping that door shut and potentially even temporarily locking it.
Maybe you are one of those people that resists believing that your thoughts play such a big role. But they do. The energy that you are emitting right here in this present moment impacts what comes next into your life.
And “like” attracts “like”.
Meaning … positive thoughts attract positive events.
Negative thoughts attract more negative events.
That’s the Law of Attraction in action.
Your thoughts create your reality.
They can keep you feeling stuck and frustrated or they can open up abundant possibilities for your future.
Now, I am NOT saying that pivoting your thoughts to a better feeling place is an easy thing to do, especially when you are experiencing adversity or stuck in a rut. Here’s where the inner work comes in. And it is a journey – but one that reaps abundant rewards! This is exactly what I help my coaching clients to do – change their “vibration” (i.e., mindset, thoughts, feelings, stories they tell themselves on a daily basis, belief systems) so that the changes they are seeking happen and unfold in the perfect timing.
It is well worth the effort to be deliberate about the thoughts you choose and the actions you take in response to those thoughts.
